My health is very important to me, because I don't want to miss one minute with my loving huband and the drama, laughter, tears and excitment that my daughters are now experiencing. To keep me available to babysit at a drop of a hat. I have been on every diet and health food trend that is know to mankind. No white foods, bread, sugar, and yes that means ice cream. Wish I would have written that book.
About the time I have my diet figured out, someone else comes
along and gives us a whole new leaf on life. Grains. Fruits. Nothing processed.
Nuts are good, nuts have to much fat. Which is it. Just 5 or 6 nuts
a day really wont hurt you. So I hope that the charts that I have supplied will help you with your life long struggle.
As long as we have to eat, we are going to over eat and not get enough exercise.
